A senior designer visits, measures, and returns with a 3D layout, samples and a fixed itemised quote — usually within ten working days.

What seven days actually looks like.
Every day is sequenced before we lift a hammer. You'll get this schedule with your quote — and we'll stick to it.
Day 1: Strip out & prep
Old suite out, waste removed, walls and floor made ready. Dust barriers up so the rest of the house stays liveable.
Day 2: First fix plumbing & electrics
New pipework, drainage, lighting circuits and underfloor heating cables installed and pressure-tested.
Day 3: Walls & boards
Plasterboarding, tile-backer boards, full tanking on wet areas. Every joint sealed, every level checked twice.
Day 4: Tiling begins
Floor tiles down, walls started. Layouts dry-laid first so cuts land in the right place — never the middle of a tile.
Day 5: Tiling finished & grouted
Walls completed, grout colour matched, expansion joints siliconed. Bathroom starts to look like the renders.
Day 6: Second fix & sanitaryware
Suite installed, taps and showers commissioned, vanity hung, lighting tested, heated towel rail bled.
Day 7: Snag, clean & handover
Top-to-bottom clean, a careful walk-through with you, snag list closed. We leave with all packaging — and a hot kettle on.
