Full bathroom renovation
Strip-out, reconfigure and rebuild — bath, shower, vanity, lighting, tiles, the lot. From £14,500 + VAT including labour and materials.
Ensuite design + build
Compact ensuites where every centimetre has to earn its place. Drawn in 3D, fitted in five to seven days. From £9,800 + VAT.
Wet room conversion
Fully tanked, level-access walk-ins. Tile-on-tile or microcement. We handle waste re-routing, gradient and warranty. From £12,200 + VAT.
Downstairs cloakroom
Under-the-stairs, awkward corners, period reveals — small rooms we genuinely enjoy. Designed and fitted in three to four days. From £4,600 + VAT.
Why we keep it to bathrooms.
Bathrooms are the trickiest room in the house — waterproofing, drainage gradients, electrical zones, ventilation, tile setting-out — all in a small space, with a deadline. Trying to be a kitchen-fitter and a bathroom-fitter at the same time is how schedules slip. We chose to specialise so we never have to apologise for the bit we don't do every day.

You'll see the full range at your design visit — Lusso, Crosswater, Burlington, Drummonds, Mandarin Stone, Bert & May. If you've already specified something from elsewhere, we'll fit it. If you'd rather we drive the spec, we will.
